By using AEOProof, you agree to these terms of service.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must own or have permission to scan the domains you scan (e.g. your own site or a client’s). Abuse, scraping, or overload of our systems or third-party systems may result in suspension or termination of your access.

Billing and Cancellation

Paid plans (Pro, Agency) are billed in advance (monthly or as stated at checkout). You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods. No long-term contract is required—subscriptions are month-to-month unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Pro (and Agency, where applicable) for first-time subscribers only. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first charge and include your account email and reason. After 14 days, or for renewals, subscriptions are non-refundable. Refunds are processed in accordance with our payment processor’s timeline.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

Rate Limits

Free: 3 scans per day per browser, up to 20 pages per scan. IP rate-limiting is used only to prevent abuse. Pro and Agency users have no daily scan limit for the free-style checker, subject to fair use and the monthly prompt/crawl limits stated on the pricing page. We may enforce rate limits or suspend abuse.
